Organizational Performance/Redesign

HRCC has in-depth experience and expertise in organizational redesign, team interaction and performance, Human Resources functionality, and individual contributor involvement and performance. A variety of assessment tools are used to help establish the needs for both individual and group strengths improvements and incorporated into the overall project design. The focus is on the achievement of the Organization's strategic objectives through the development of the individual group members. The individual's needs and right to privacy are carefully protected throughout this process.
Each project is undertaken with the involvement of the appropriate supervisors and managers. The project design, time parameters, milestones, and deliverables are established at project onset. For each program the development and establishment of an individual development plan for the team and individuals is reviewed and supported by the supervisor and manager.
Fees for these programs are generally fixed and be based on an hourly fee or overall project and are established at program inception.
