H R Coaching and Consulting (HRCC) provides Executive Coaching, high level Career Management and Career Transitions programs for client companies, organizations and private individuals. HRCC also provides HR consulting services to small to medium organizations in both the private and public organization setting.

HRCC provides clients with highly focused consulting services directed at increasing both individual or group efficiency in managing and maximizing their performance. Our programs are targeted at achieving the outcomes established at program inception and not simply on delivering skills training or technique overviews to the client. We work with the client to make certain that they understand how to correctly and successfully apply program content. These services are designed for the one-on-one , person-to-person or group delivery by the consultant. Additionally, we use internet and phone conferencing services as needed to supplement service delivery.
Our focus is strongly on the individual. We tailor our supporting efforts to the unique needs of the person, with a clear perspective on what really works. We adjust proven techniques as closely as possible to the natural tendencies of the person, without compromising necessary and productive approaches to achieve the desired career outcomes.
HRCC also provides programs to individual clients that equips them with the necessary tools and techniques to accurately manage their career. These individualized programs teach and coaches the individual how to utilize the most effective management tools and techniques in handling career transition, sensitive internal relationship and interaction issues and overcoming career advancement limiting issues.

Our HR consulting services are likewise customized to the needs our client organization. These services are designed to provide the small organization with HR consulting in support of the overall organizations’ needs in managing employee interactions, conflict management, hiring and recruiting, Safety and Health, training development and team development programs.
Coaching and Training
“HRCC provides one-on-one individual training and coaching in Career Management. These programs have historically been called "Outplacement Programs" and have typically been offered to laid off employees through their employers. Such programs have not been readily available to individuals. Such programs when available to individual at their own expense are often of poor quality due to the limited experience and expertise of those groups or individuals offering them. Our experience with leading companies and providers, allow us to provide high quality services at an affordable price to individuals on a customized and affordable basis.”
Most people are not prepared to manage their career without the support of real professionals who understand the most effective and proven techniques and skills. Most of the strategies and techniques used in the past have limited or no success in this rapidly changing marketplace. Much of the advice is at best confusing and in many cases inaccurate. There is a clear and pressing need for accurate and proven tools, techniques, and approaches that really work. In addition to the individualized assessments that are made through our one-on-one meetings with clients, we use several assessment tools to further verify and support the accuracy of these assessments. Additionally, we also use tools including Everything DISC to provide accurate assessments to facilitate our effectiveness in developing highly productive groups and team interactions.
Managing a job search, while employed, is even more difficult. Proper confidentiality and smart relationship management techniques are a must. Job search strategies and career management techniques must be more sophisticated and our programs are designed to provide these important tools.
Service Delivery
HRCC places its central focus on high quality service delivery and follow up, aimed to assure project objectives are achieved. Emphasis on critical project details, along with practical and timely assessment of status to identify needed adjustments to achieve the desired results. We work closely with company/organization leadership and the individual client to develop a clear understanding of their needs in developing the specific approach(s) to use in establishing project parameters in our programs.
